What this website collects
Nothing. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no newsletter, and no user accounts. We do not build a profile of visitors and we have no way to identify you from your visit.
There is no contact form either. If you want to reach us you use the phone number, the WhatsApp link or the email address on the contact page — all of which are ordinary channels you control.
Cookies
The consent banner stores one preference in your browser so it does not ask you again. That is the only cookie this site sets, and it exists purely to remember your answer.
If we later add analytics or any third-party tool, the banner will ask you first and this page will be updated to say exactly what was added and why.
What happens when you contact us
When you call, message or email us, we hold what you send — your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your company — because we need it to answer you. We use it for that, and to provide services if you engage us.
Client information given to us in the course of professional work is held under the confidentiality obligations that apply to chartered accountants, and is disclosed only where the law or a regulator requires it.
Hosting
This site is served as static files. Our host records ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs for marketing.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will respond.
