Rajgaria & Co. was founded in 2011 in Bangalore, and has grown into an integrated advisory team of more than fifteen professionals serving over two hundred clients — from first-round startups to enterprises including Oracle India, Volvo Group India and Manipal Health Enterprises.
The firm is led by Sushma Rajgaria. Its work sits deliberately at the point where statutory compliance meets capital: the same team that keeps your registers clean is the one that prices your round and files your FC-GPR.
We are registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, and issue the valuation reports the Companies Act requires — as well as merchant-banker reports where income-tax rules demand them.
